Mind devoid of Spirit & Truth. The will is turned to the flesh. Has little or no desire for God or a relationship with Him. No power in prayer or praise.

Not justified. Has not come by way of the Cross to enter in, be saved and know God. Sin has dominion. Falls short of God’s Glory. He is LOST.

Without Law, he has no Schoolmaster to lead him to Christ.
